We take great pride in the craftsmanship and heritage of every saree we offer. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping. Our team will review your request and offer a replacement or credit note after assessing the returned item.

Please note:

  • Sarees once cut, worn, or altered cannot be returned.

  • Handwoven textiles may have slight irregularities that are natural and not considered defects.

  • Refunds are only processed if the item is found faulty at our end; otherwise, we offer exchange or credit notes.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
